Even more improved AI with fewer collisions, addition of Flags, improved damage effects and sound. our development team is working to complete the next release of Assetto Corsa, which will update the game to version 1.1 with some changes and important news. In this regard we wish to thank you for the constructive criticism and suggestions that every day submit to us on the official forum of the game, helping the development team to improve Assetto Corsa even more.
Graphics
We are redefining and optimizing the functionality related to the effects of post processing, HDR rendering and particle that improve environmental performance, lighting and video performance. The engine has been optimized to ensure a more stable framerate in all conditions, both in single and multiplayer modes. The effects of smoking have been optimized, they also solve a problem that generated substantial drop frame when significant amounts of smoke were displayed on the screen, for example during the start.
AI
values CPU occupation have been optimized to ensure a higher framerate and stable. Has also worked hard to improve the interaction of the cars driven by the computer with the player, also improving the overall behavior, that is realized with fewer collisions, better and more predictable lines and driving performance, ensuring even more effective steps starting to the benefit of experience of the race even more solid and satisfying.
Flags and regulations
